PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what information ShipperRadar collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email antonio@shipperradar.com.
Who we are
Monroy Labs, LLC, doing business as ShipperRadar ("ShipperRadar," "we," "us"), runs the website shipperradar.com and the ShipperRadar service.
What ShipperRadar does
ShipperRadar helps third-party logistics companies ("3PLs," our "clients") learn which businesses visit their websites, so they can follow up. When a client adds our code to their website, our identity data provider tries to match visits from people in the United States to business profiles.
A match can include a person's name, job title, company, business email address, a link to their professional profile (such as LinkedIn), their city and state, the company's size and industry, and the pages they viewed on that client's website and when. Our identification code only switches on for visits from internet (IP) addresses in the United States, so we don't try to identify visitors in Europe, the United Kingdom or anywhere else outside the US.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a trial. Your name, email address, company, website, and anything you choose to write to us.
When you visit shipperradar.com. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can run securely. We don't use advertising cookies on this website.
On our clients' websites. Our code uses cookies and similar technologies to record page visits (the pages viewed, the time, the IP address, and browser and device information). Our identity data provider matches those visits against its database of business and consumer identities. That provider is the source of the profile information described above.
From our clients' other tools. A client may share with us visitor information it collected with another visitor identification tool, so we can sort and research it for that client. We handle it the same way as information our own code collects, and share it only with that client.
From public sources. To prepare a client's report, we may look up publicly available business information about a visiting company and the people who work there, such as who runs operations.
How we use and share information
- To send each client alerts and reports about visits to that client's own website.
- To answer your questions and set up trials.
- To run, secure and improve our website and service.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
We share identified-visitor information only with the client whose website was visited. We don't sell it to anyone else, and we don't combine one client's visitor information with another's. We use service providers (such as our hosting, email, AI and identity data providers) who handle information on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Opt out. You can ask us to stop identifying you on our opt-out page. We add your email address to our suppression list, stop including you in client reports, and pass your request to our identity data provider. We complete opt-out requests within 10 business days and email you when it's done.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our identification code switches itself off, so we don't try to identify you.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To use any of these rights, email antonio@shipperradar.com or use the opt-out page. We will verify your request before acting on it, you may use an authorized agent, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
How long we keep information
If a client doesn't continue after a free trial, we delete the visitor information we hold from that trial within 30 days after the trial ends. When a paying client stops using ShipperRadar, we delete the visitor information we hold for them within 90 days.
If you opt out, we keep your email address on our suppression list so we can keep honoring your request. Messages you send us are kept as long as we need them to respond and for our business records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Children
Our website and service are for businesses. They aren't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also notify our clients.
